Does this sound familiar?

You didn't lose your discipline. You lost your staff.

You stayed in great shape through college. Since graduating, it slowly slipped.
You always had a coach telling you what to do. Now you're guessing.
You've tried OrangeTheory, F45, CrossFit or random programs. Nothing sticks.
You're consistent for three weeks, then work or life knocks you off for a month.
Old injuries make you nervous to push like you used to.
You miss feeling strong, fast and confident in your own body.

We care about what you can do for the next 30 years, not the next 3 months.

Your coaching staff

In college you had a staff. Here's yours.

Justin Andrade, founder of Mejoria Training

Why I built this

I spent nine years watching athletes graduate. Then I watched what happened next.

I played in college at Ashland, then coached college athletics for nine years. I've been a head coach and an associate head coach, and I've seen hundreds of athletes walk off campus in the best shape of their lives.

A few years later, a lot of them felt like strangers in their own bodies. Not because they got lazy. Because the structure disappeared: the coach, the staff, the schedule, the team expecting them to show up.

So in 2022 I built Mejoria to give former college athletes that structure back, built around a real job, a family and a body that has a few more miles on it.

Questions

Before you apply

I didn't play Division I. Is this still for me?

Yes. If you competed in college at any level and want to feel like that athlete again, this was built for you.

How much time does it take each week?

Your plan is built around your real schedule, not the other way around. We map it out together on your Game Plan Call, including the weeks you'll travel, get sick or have a crazy stretch at work.

I've tried coaching and programs before. What's different?

Most programs hand you workouts. We give you a staff: a 1:1 coach, a registered dietitian, an athletic trainer and strength coaches who have worked with national champions, all on one plan and all checking in on you.

What if I have an old injury?

That's common. Our athletic trainer builds return-to-play plans for ACL, hip and shoulder issues, so you can push again without guessing.

What happens on the Game Plan Call?

We get clear on where you are, build a real-life plan with you, and decide together if coaching is the right fit. If it isn't, you still leave with the plan.
